Why Manage Energy? Operating Change vs Capital Improvement
View Webinar (*Note: Please use registration password –Energy0722)
Thursday, July 22nd 12pm CDT
Presenter: Mike Williams, Product Development & Operations Director
When working to improve property efficiency, having the right information to make decisions is critical to making operating changes and capital improvements that truly payoff as designed. Too often property owners and managers make efficiency investments before defining an energy baseline, and seldom are the results holistically reviewed and proof of ROI documented.
Continuous benchmarking will provide the energy intelligence to make effective changes to your property and tracking the results will ensure ROI and persistence over time. In the webinar, Why Manage Energy? Operating Change vs. Capital Improvement, we will review how to use energy management information to influence key property efficiency decisions, such as:
1. Reviewing Operating Performance
2. Implementing Low Cost / No Cost Efficiencies
3. Using Benchmarking to Inform Capital Expenditures
4. Demonstrating Results and Proving ROI
Presenter: Mike Williams, Product Development & Operations Director
As the leader for product development at EnergyPrint, Mike gains the insights of industry professionals and translates their needs into industry leading reporting tools.
