Every time I turn on the news, I am hit with disheartening headlines about the effects that COVID-19 is having on the economy as well as our daily lives. However, when I look deeper, I also find myself encouraged by the smaller stories of courage, compassion, and teamwork behind the difficulty that we are facing during this pandemic. I hope to reflect this sentiment here.
I am writing today to reassure you all – our valuable clients and partners – that EnergyPrint is here for you. As social distancing measures force us to navigate a new work routine and the growing stress on our businesses compel us to prioritize only the most important items on our to-do list, we’d like you to know that we have your back. Below are a few specific ways that our team is working to help during this time.
Operations Running Normally
I want to reassure our clients that we continue to operate as normal. Our entire staff has moved to 100% remote operation successfully without impact to our dashboard or data services.
Bill Imaging
As part of our normal operations, we receive copies of your utility bills in order to track your energy use. If you’ve experienced a disruption in your accounts receivable process for any reason, EnergyPrint can provide your utility bill images to you. Give us a call or send us a quick email and we can have your latest bill emailed to you immediately.
Upcoming Benchmarking Deadlines
COVID-19 has caused some cities to push their energy reporting deadlines back, but this is not the case across the board. Right now, as other things take priority, benchmarking reporting may need to take a backseat to more vital business functions.
