EnergyPrint is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join it’s growing team.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the tactical execution of all EnergyPrint’s marketing communications and public relations activities. This individual will work closely with business development, product team, client services and EnergyPrint leadership to execute EnergyPrint’s marketing strategy. This role is also be responsible for managing EnergyPrint’s marketing technology, including CRM database, marketing automation, website, social media and related vendors. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Technology

  • Own and execute EnergyPrint’s marketing automation strategy (Pardot)
  • Maintain and update EnergyPrint website (WordPress)
  • Manage EnergyPrint’s social media accounts and strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Coordinate and execute webinars, including pre- and post-webinar promotion tactics and coordinating content/deck (PowerPoint/GoToWebinar)
  • Manage and oversee EnergyPrint’s CRM database (Salesforce) – establishing best practices, maintaining CRM documentation, building performance reports and dashboards, and facilitating user training
  • Forecast and track key marketing metrics

Collaboration

  • Support business development in developing marketing emails, case studies, collateral and other content
  • Plan all sales and marketing events, including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry conferences, trainings and other corporate events
  • Consult with product team to plan and communicate product news and announcements to key audiences
  • Work with client services team and customer contacts to develop and deliver customized sales and marketing support deliverables on time and with quality

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage industry awards submission and recognition process
  • Maintain and enforce EnergyPrint brand standards, ensuring appropriate use of logos, fonts, colors, trademarks, and copyrights
  • Develop knowledge of competition, participates in competitive analysis activities and update competitive information
  • Attend industry related conferences and networking opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the development and execution of marketing, communications and/or public relations activities
  • 4-year degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication aptitude – verbal, written and in-person
  • High degree of detail, accuracy and accountability to project goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on team/company objectives
  • High energy, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a self-directed environment
  • Proven proficiency in using online tools, Microsoft Office and other programs
  • A keen eye for visualization, layout and design (experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms a plus
  • Experience with Pardot marketing automation technology or similar platforms a plus
